Very Berry Smoothie Bowl

I’ve been making A LOT of nana creams & smoothie bowls lately, but somehow the recipes never make it to the blog. Silly me. That’s why today I thought I’d share this Very Berry smoothie bowl I made the other day using some strawberries, acai berry powder, orange, banana, and nut milk. Sweetened it with a bit of coconut sugar, but if you like your smoothies less sweet I would skip the sugar.                                         Very Berry Smoothie Bowl Yes, I know…you’re probably thinking “This smoothie is going to send my blood sugar levels through the roof!”. Not gonna lie, you’re looking at a VERY sweet smoothie. The nutritionist in me is not too thrilled about this recipe, but the kid in me loves it! 🙂                                                  

I topped off my smoothie with strawberry slices, granola, and Conscious Chocolate shavings. So good!   Very Berry Smoothie BowlHere’s how you make it:

Ingredients
  1. 350-400g frozen strawberries
  2. 1 orange
  3. 1 frozen banana
  4. 1 tsp acai berry powder
  5. 100 ml nut milk
  6. 1 tbsp coconut sugar ( optional )
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
