I just got a new gadget! A cold-press juicer. I’ve been wanting one for a while, and now I’ve finally decided to dig ( very deep!) into my pockets and…taadaa! I am now ready and equipped to do some serious juicing.I’ve been playing around with some classics, I LOVE carrot, orange and ginger. And since pomegranates are in season, I’ve been juicing a lot of those as well. 🙂 Speaking of pomegranates, I used to have the most horrible time trying to clean them. I recently came across this video that tells you how to get those yummy, juicy seeds out in less than five minutes. If pomegranates are also making you suffer, you can watch the video here 😀 On to the recipe! So this here is a celery pear juice. It’s got four ingredients, simple but powerful. You’ll need some celery, some pears, some ginger, and some coconut water ( or if you prefer to turn it into a smoothie like I did, some coconut milk ).
- 3 celery stalks
- 2 small pears
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 50 ml coconut water ( or milk )
- Juice the celery, the pears and the ginger.
- Mix in the coconut water or milk.
