Ok so, I will tell you from the start that this smoothie is one of those things you either really love or really hate. I personally enjoy the taste of chocolate mixed with the tanginess of grapefruit, lime or lemon. It’s a weird combo, but somehow very refreshing. Don’t knock it till you try it! 🙂For this choco grapefruit smoothie recipe I also used an apple, a banana, and some chia seeds. Give it a go and let me know how you like it!
- 1 grapefruit
- 3 slices of lemon ( without the skin )
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut syrup
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 20-30g raw chocolate or 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 – 100 ml hemp milk ( any other plant-based milk will do just as well )
- Clean and cut the fruit.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
