Choco Grapefruit Smoothie

Ok so, I will tell you from the start that this smoothie is one of those things you either really love or really hate. I personally enjoy the taste of chocolate mixed with the tanginess of grapefruit, lime or lemon. It’s a weird combo, but somehow very refreshing. Ingredients
  1. 1 grapefruit
  2. 3 slices of lemon ( without the skin )
  3. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  4. 1 tbsp coconut syrup
  5. 1 banana
  6. 1 apple
  7. 20-30g raw chocolate or 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  8. 50 – 100 ml hemp milk ( any other plant-based milk will do just as well )
Instructions
  1. Clean and cut the fruit.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
