Clearspring Gluten-Free Products

Ever heard of Clearspring? You probably have. A lot of supermarkets across Europe stock them, especially the bio ones. I love these guys because all of their products are organic, vegan, GM free, refined sugar-free and gluten-free. That’s so rare to find these days!clearspring reviewThey have a great selection of Japanese foods ( their miso products are super yummy ), and cold-pressed oils. My absolute favourites are the oat cakes! They pair so well with jam & vegan cheese. 😀clearspring reviewThis past week I was trying some of their instant foods. I tried the quinoa, the polenta, and the corn couscous, all of which are very good and easy to prepare. I do like to eat fresh fruit & veg, and cook my meals from scratch whenever I can, but we all have moments where there’s just no time to get fancy in the kitchen. And this range of instant foods is as healthy as they come. If you want to try one, I recommend the corn couscous. Loved how light it was, and very flavourful on it’s own. It’s ready in 5 minuts, just add a bit of salt and some veg, and you’ve got yourself a glorious salad! 🙂 clearspring reviewThey’ve also just launched a roasted seed snack range with soy beans. I try not to eat a lot of soy, but when I do I make sure it’s organic. These were surprisingly tasty ( the tomato & herb ones were amazing!), and I have to say, I did enjoy them more than the oven-roasted chickpea & pea snacks. But of you ask me, the king of healthy snacks is still the toasted nori. ❤clearspring reviewIf you want to find out more about Clearspring & some of their other products visit:
