This here’s one of my favourite cold-pressed juice recipes – it’s the “Ginger Carrot Glow” because it glows with vitamins, and good vibes. 🙂 It’s health in a glass!
Carrots can do wonders for your eyesight, your bones, and your gums, and ginger has some amazing anti-inflammatory properties ( especially ideal for people suffering from gastrointestinal disorders ). This juice also has some turmeric, apple and mandarins. It’s super refreshing, and great for boosting your immune system & energy levels. This is how you make a pitcher of Ginger Carrot Glow juice:
- 600g mandarins
- 1 carrot
- 2cm fresh ginger
- 1 apple
- Pinch turmeric ( optional )
- Clean the mandarins, and cut the carrot, the apple & the ginger into small pieces for easy juicing.
- Run them through a juicer.
- At the end, mix in a pinch of turmeric power if using.
- Tastes best cold.
