Ok so, now may not be the best time to make raw chocolate because it’s very sensitive to heat…at least that’s what I heard. I’ve never kept it around for that long to watch it melt. You make it, you eat it. It´s easy!Make Raw ChocolateTo make simple raw chocolate which you can then either shape into bonbons, or drizzle over fruit, you only need three magic ingredients – raw cocoa powder, cold-pressed coconut oil, and agave syrup or coconut sugar. To make the chocolate taste milky, add some lucuma powder! If you want just a bit of chocolate to coat some fruit like I’ve done with my pear, here’s how you make it:

Ingredients
  1. 1 tbsp cocoa
  2. 2 tbsp coconut oil
  3. 1 tsp agave
  4. 1 tsp lucuma (optional)
Instructions
  1. To make about a spoonful of chocolate to drizzle over fruit, mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Drizzle over fruit, and stick in the fridge for 30 minutes.
