To celebrate the arrival of summer, I personally love to stuff my face with smoothies & banana ice cream ( aka “nanacream” or “nicecream”). 🙂
This recipe is an old favourite, made with lingonberry powder, strawberries, raspberries, banana and coconut water. And if you want to make it extra rich and yummy, you can top off your smoothie bowl with some nut butter, homemade jam, dry fruits or chocolate pieces. Here’s how you make this lingonberry smoothie bowl:
- 1 banana
- 200ml coconut water
- 100g frozen strawberries
- 100g raspberries
- 1 tbsp lingonberry powder
- Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
