This is how you turn your tongue purple ( without chupa chups or other icky unhealthy candies )! This smoothie is packed with flavour and superfood magic from the blackberries and maca powder. Fresh berries are an excellent source of Vitamin C, which is a powerful antioxidant. And maca is great for your energy, your skin, and your overall wellbeing. Ingredients
  1. 125g blackberries
  2. 1 tsp maca
  3. 1 tbsp maple syrup ( optional )
  4. 1 banana
  5. 100 ml plant-based milk
Instructions
  1. Throw all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with blackberries or raspberries.
