As many of you know, I’ve got a serious obsession with raw chocolate ( can you blame me?! ). It’s always such a treat to discover new vegan chocolate noms made by creative, compassionate chocolatiers. 🙂 This week I wanted to share with you one of my most recent discoveries – MULU chocolate!These guys not only make AMAZING organic raw vegan chocolate bars, but they also have some pretty yummy truffles, and my all-time favourite treat since I was a kid – milk chocolate buttons ( dairy-free, of course ).Their chocolate is made using raw cacao that comes from the Guayas river area of Ecuador, from traditional, small scale productions. In fact, all the ingredients used are ethically sourced &organic.
If you’re as preoccupied with recycling as I am, you’ll be happy to hear that the packaging they use is made of recyclable card that comes from sustainable sources, AND the inner wrapper is biodegradable.
