Pineapple Cranberry Smoothie

Nothing beats a good old fashioned smoothie bowl! The star ingredients this time are pineapple and cranberries. Cranberries are great for decreasing blood pressure and for the immune system, they also help prevent certain kinds of cancer. Pineapple on the other hand has great anti-inflammatory properties, and is packed with vitamins and antioxidants. 

Pineapple Cranberry Smoothie

I used fresh pineapple and raw cranberry powder by Helka Superfoods. This powder is 100% cranberry with nothing else added! Also used some almond butter for extra creaminess, coconut blossom sugar and nut mylk. Topped it with berries and energy bar chunks. Super filling and mouthwatering good 🙂

Ingredients
  1. – 1c pineapple
  2. – 1 banana
  3. – 2 tsp coconut blossom sugar
  4. – 1/2 c nut mylk
  5. – 2 tsp cranberry power
  6. – 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend everything together until smooth. Top with your favourite things!
