Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

In case you were wondering what health in a glass looks like, this is it! I had a pineapple in the fridge that needed using up, so i made this simple 5 ingredient pineapple spinach smoothie.

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 pineapple
  2. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  3. 2 handfuls baby spinach leaves
  4. 1 tbsp rice syrup
  5. 100 – 200 ml water
  6. 1 tsp spirulina powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cut up the pineapple.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Notes
  1. Add more or less water depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
