Some breakfast noms you must try – the lovely muesli & granola mixes by Primrose’s Kitchen. They are super yummy, colourful, vegan, gluten-free, organic, and packed with flavour! 😀
Lots of choice too, they currently make all these varieties (they also have nut butters & smoothie boosters):
- raw beetroot & ginger muesli
- raw carrot & cinnamon muesli
- orange & cashew granola
- courgette & cacao granola
- goji, black pepper & lemon granola
- oatmeal & chia
- porridge oats
My personal favourite is by far the Goji, Black Pepper & Lemon Granola. It’s slightly sweet and spicy – goes amazingly well with some coyo & fruit. If you’re more of a muesli person, and especially if you like carrot cake, you must try the Carrot & Cinnamon mix. So good!
Aside from their glorious products, I love that they encourage you to follow a “naturopathic diet”, aka finding balance in all aspects of your life, from the environment you live in, the food you eat, the exercise you do, and the relationships you have with the people that surround you. The more awareness you bring to these areas, the more empowered you feel as an individual. I think it’s not only a beautiful outlook on life, but also a welcome reminder to take care of our health, our planet and other earthlings. 🙂
