I’ll keep this short and sweet. If you love all things chocolatey but have never tried making your own vegan nutella, it’s about time you do! It’s super delicious, and goes well with just about anything – fruits, biscuits, toast…you can even use it as a cupcake topping.
Here’s what you need to make one small pot of vegan nutella:
- 200g hazelnuts
- 120ml soy milk
- 60g cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp rice syrup
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth.
Grab a spoon and dig in!
